Easy access to I-75 and the central shopping district make this a great choice for commuters and shoppers alike.   There is a wide variety of neighborhoods and home styles to choose from. 

If you want to escape from it all Belle Lago is a nature lover's dream.  The homes in this private gated community feature lake and preserve views and there are walking trails located throughout the community.  Tennis, basketball, a community pool and five private parks make this a true outdoor paradise.

If you are a boating enthusiast Hendry Creek and Tidewater Island are two of the areas best kept secrets.  Both provide direct Gulf access and are fabulous neighborhoods.  Tidewater Island is a gated community of true estate homes.  If you need to impress, this is the neighborhood for you.  On average the home sizes are about 6,000 square feet.  Hendry Creek also has some palatial homes, but is much more family oriented with the neighborhood dock, tennis courts and large yards.
