Beau Rivage was completed in October 2004, and was one of the first new condo developments in Fort Myers.

There are 124 total condos in the 22 story building and they originally sold for $300,000's to over $1,000,000.   Today you can get some fantastic deals on some wonderful units, with 3 or 4 bedrooms and loaded with upgrades.   All units have incredible river views and great floorplans and the units range in size from 1319 to 1975 Square feet.
