About Iona Road Area Homes...

The Iona Road area is known for its waterfront communities and charming little neighborhoods.   Jonathan Harbour and St. Charles Harbour are two of the most established yachting communities in South Fort Myers.   They offer luxury homes surrounded by beautiful woodland preserves, in addition to tennis, boating and social memberships.  Thanks to their prime waterfront locations they are able to accommodate yachts up to 70 feet.

Intracoastal Harbour is a newer gated waterfront development that contains only 20 homes but offers the same deep water access to the Calooshatchee River.

Another great option for boaters is Palm Acres, located just outside of Shell Point Village.  Palm Acres offers sailboat access and a wide variety of home styles to choose from.

Other communities like Coconut Creek, Caloosa Creek, Shenandoah, and Summerwood are wonderful neighborhoods that each have their own unique character.  Close to shopping and easy access to central Fort Myers, these communities have a lot to offer.
