TARA MOLLOY

From my earliest memories, I can recall getting dragged to every open house in my neighborhood. When most people had Sunday dinners and family time, I had open house tours. In fact, my mom even named me after the house in Gone with the Wind (talk about foreshadowing). My real estate career really began back in 1992, when I was working as a computer programmer. I worked for several large real estate companies automating all of their forms and setting up all the escrow tracking accounts. I learned so much from working with the Realtors daily and I knew all the contracts inside and out. I could have gone into real estate then, but I wasn't quite ready. I continued working in the corporate world and after 5 years I decided I was ready for a change. At that point I made my move into real estate - although not officially.
I really loved the neighborhood where I lived but there were a couple houses that had been neglected for quite some time. Since I now had quite a bit of free time I decided to spruce up the neighborhood. I ended up purchasing several small homes and a large commercial building downtown. I spent almost 6 months overhauling the homes and sold them to wonderful families who were truly grateful to have such a wonderful place to live. I absolutely loved helping people find their dream homes, but unfortunately was only able to work 1/2 the year because of the cold Michigan winters. I decided it was time for a change and moved to sunny Florida in 2001. I continued to renovate homes and even had a home built on McGregor Blvd across from the Fort Myers Country Club. But, after my fourth house renovation I decided to officially make the move into Real estate and I got my sales associate license. The following year I received my Broker's license and started SW Florida Property Management, LLC. In January of 2009 we launched Riverside Realty Group, LLC and have been very successful in matching people with their dream homes. We would love to do the same for you!
