KIMBERLY COOK

"Kimber" as she likes to be called, has been in the real estate field for over 25 years. As a fourth generation Floridian from Polk County, she has seen the evolution of the housing market from a unique perspective. After studying Interior Design and Architecture at the University of Florida she graduated with a Marketing Management Degree from Florida Southern College. Kimber participated in the opening of a Coldwell Banker real estate office outside Orlando in 1991 and quickly became a Top Producer in the general real estate field. Years later she became a new home consultant with the Central Florida office of Pulte Homes , and then transitioned into management as their Closing Coordinator for the Orlando Division. After taking some time off to raise a family and moving to Fort Myers in 2003 , Kimber is again applying her eye for interior design and real estate savvy to the Southwest Florida coastal market.
