About Riverside Realty Group

Personalized service is the cornerstone of our business. Individuals looking to sell or purchase a home are our focus and client satisfaction is one of our primary goals. We focus on very specific areas of the Greater Fort Myers Area and specialize in Executive and Waterfront Homes. We know our market inside and out and pride ourselves in knowing what homes are currently available at any given time. If we don’t service a specific area we would be happy to refer you to someone who does.
We have a select group of affiliates that we use to ensure all your real estate needs are handled in a timely and efficient manner and our support staff is available 7 days a week. When Riverside Realty Group, LLC is retained as your representative you are assured that you get both the individual attention of your sales associate as well as the collective expertise of the organization.
We love Fort Myers and we try to do our part to ensure that it retains a strong sense of community. By sponsoring different events and being a part of many of the charitable organizations throughout the county we believe we are helping to give something back. There is no place else we would rather raise our children and watch them grow than in Fort Myers. Let us help you discover what we already know – Fort Myers is a wonderful area and we would love to help you find your perfect home. - Tara & Don Molloy

DON MOLLOY - I have the distinction of being part of a small group of people called “Old Fort Myers.” I was born and raised in Fort Myers and have a very strong sense of community. I received my Bachelor’s degree from Florida Southern College but all my brothers went to University of Florida. Go Gators! After college I received a job opportunity in Tennessee but chose instead to come back to Fort Myers and make it my home. I spent 15 years as a Manager at the Florida Store Burdines and 4 years as a regional Manager for a distribution company headquartered in Atlanta. I have seen the town grow from a small beach community to the thriving city it has become today. I have some great stories of old Fort Myers and would love to share them with you. I hope that I can help you find a home in the town I am so proud to be a part of.

TARA MOLLOY - Some people are born athletes, some are born actresses, but apparently I was born to be a real estate broker. From my earliest memories, I can recall getting dragged to every open house in my neighborhood. When most people had Sunday dinners and family time, I had open house tours. In fact, my mom even named me after the house in Gone with the Wind (talk about foreshadowing). My real estate career really began back in 1992, when I was working as a computer programmer. I worked for several large real estate companies automating all of their forms and setting up all the escrow tracking accounts. I learned so much from working with the Realtors daily and I knew all the contracts inside and out. I could have gone into real estate then, but I wasn't quite ready. I continued working in the corporate world and after 5 years I decided I was ready for a change. At that point I made my move into real estate - although not officially.
I really loved the neighborhood where I lived but there were a couple houses that had been neglected for quite some time. Since I now had quite a bit of free time I decided to spruce up the neighborhood. I ended up purchasing several small homes and a large commercial building downtown. I spent almost 6 months overhauling the homes and sold them to wonderful families who were truly grateful to have such a wonderful place to live. I absolutely loved helping people find their dream homes, but unfortunately was only able to work 1/2 the year because of the cold Michigan winters. I decided it was time for a change and moved to sunny Florida in 2001. I continued to renovate homes and even had a home built on McGregor Blvd across from the Fort Myers Country Club. But, after my fourth house renovation I decided to officially make the move into Real estate and I got my sales associate license. The following year I received my Broker's license and started SW Florida Property Management, LLC. In January of 2009 we launched Riverside Realty Group, LLC and have been very successful in matching people with the dream homes. We would love to do the same for you!
